The General Manager is looking for a dynamic and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the restaurant team and maintaining the excellent reputation this venue has achieved.
Role
The successful candidate will be reporting to the General Manager
• To ensure customer satisfaction at all times
• Leading and motivating the team
• Supervising floor staff
• Motivated the team
• Organising rotas
• Opening and closing procedures
• End of day banking
• Complying with health and safety regulations
Candidate Profile:
•Previous restaurant / Gastro pub management experience is essential
•customer service driven
•Good basic knowledge of wine
•A real passion for the hospitality industry
•Excellent back of house knowledge
•Well presented
