Located at the flagship store of this internationally famous clothing designer store in an iconic area of London. Offering classic Italian cuisine, predominantly from the region of Lombardy and the Province of Milan. Led by a great Chef with a fantastic professional history

Role

• Reporting directly to the Chef Manager
• Working with a brigade of 5 Chefs
• Assisting the small team along with section responsibilities
• 5 straight shifts- 40hr per week
• Every Sunday + 1 other day off
• Portion/stock control
• Maintaining a very high standard of cleanliness and hygiene at all times
• Good level of creative input

Candidate Profile

• Will have a good understanding of Italian cuisine
• Will demonstrate excellent team skills
• Attention to detail
• A good level of technical skills
• Passion for and knowledge of fresh, seasonal ingredients

Salary and Benefits

£14,500 + Approx’ £1,500 Service Charge
